Choose your Sentra setup
Connect your organisation once. Sentra manages the applications and credentials; your Microsoft administrator approves access.
1. Sign in as your organisation’s administrator
Use a Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator to approve the required Microsoft permissions.
Just Sentra ? Review recipients, attachments and sensitive information before sending. No secure email repository is created.
Sentra + Sentra Lock ? Add secure link delivery, Microsoft or Google recipient sign-in, viewer controls and optional watermark. Additional Microsoft permissions and a restricted SharePoint repository are required.
2. Approve Microsoft access
Approve sender notification delivery, the repository permission broker, and the temporary reader. Microsoft may show separate approval screens. The reader receives no standing repository access.
3. Complete setup
Sentra prepares a restricted repository and ProtectedMessages library, grants access to the broker, and checks temporary reader access and removal. New repositories use a private Microsoft 365 group owned by the approving administrator.
Recipients need no setup
Recipients open the secure link and sign in with their Microsoft or Google account, personal or organisational. Google sign-in is managed centrally by Sentra.
